By installing or using Delivery Date & Time Picker by Lantera, merchants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Delivery Date & Time Picker provides delivery scheduling functionality for BigCommerce stores, including delivery date selection, time slot management, pickup scheduling, and related order fulfillment tools.
Merchants are responsible for configuring the application appropriately for their business operations, delivery availability, fulfillment processes, and customer communication.
Lantera will make reasonable efforts to maintain application availability and reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Merchants agree not to misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable laws or BigCommerce platform policies.
Use of the application is also governed by the Delivery Date & Time Picker Privacy Policy.
All software, branding, designs, functionality, and related materials associated with the application remain the intellectual property of Lantera.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lantera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
Lantera reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features or services at any time.
Merchants may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from their BigCommerce store.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
